All deliveries must be signed for by an adult. We operate a challenge 25 policy, so our couriers may ID anyone who appears under the age of 25.
Our standard delivery cost is £6.95 on orders up to £130.00 and FREE on orders over £130.00 (per order).
This is applied to most GB Mainland addresses but excludes Scottish Highlands.

For the Scottish Highlands (Mainland AB37, 38, 41-56, FK19-21, IV1-20, 25, 27, 30-31, 36-37, IV63, PA21-40, PH15-26, 30-41) delivery will be charged at £15.00 for 1 case and £30.00 for 2 or 3 cases.

For GB offshore islands (HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KT15-17, KW 1-3 and 5-17, PA20, PA41-78, PH42-44, PO 30-41, ZE) and Northern Ireland, delivery will be charged at £30.00 for 1 case and £40 for 2 cases.

Delivery is Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30.
We are not able to specify the time of delivery, but if you can request that the case be left with a neighbour or in another safe place if you are out please state this when completing your order.
We cannot guarantee that the driver will carry out your instructions, but we will do our best to make them aware of them and follow them.
We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 4 working days, although delays are likely around Christmas and during periods of adverse weather.
In some cases we can send the order out for next day delivery, but this depends on stock availability so please email us if you have an urgent requirement at email@example.com.
Please note that we do not ask, nor do our drivers, for any extra payment at the time of delivery. If a driver asks for more money then please contact us immediately.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
